This is my personal food log that I share with anyone. It will be sporadic, have camera pics mostly, and will not be recipes; though I will gladly share recipes if they exist. I switched from vegetarian to fully vegan at Easter.
You may notice that the forward url for this site is CreamyBeefy.com. Ironically, I bought the name after being inspired by my favorite breakfast at work, creamed beef over biscuits (or S.O.S). They use steak in theirs, and it was amazing. I called it my creamy beefy goodness. Everyone else found it repulsive. So when I needed a simple standout-ey name that was it. Then I decided to never eat it again. Someday I will try to make it vegan style.
